This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you, the participant ("Participant"), and Dr. Marisela Marquez and Dr. Mari LLC ("Provider"). By accessing our workshops, podcasts, printed books/workbooks, or digital resources, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Educational Intent & Professional Disclaimer

All materials and services provided by the Provider are strictly intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your use of this service does not create a therapist-patient or any other clinical treatment relationship between you and Dr. Mari Marquez. These materials are not a substitute for licensed mental health support.

2. Mental Health Safety

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or are in a crisis, please discontinue use of these materials immediately and contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline. Growth After Loss is designed for post-traumatic growth and integration, not acute crisis intervention.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage

All content, including the Intentional Integration Method, Five Pillars, and digital workbooks, are the sole property of Dr. Mari LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Individual Use: Materials are for the sole use of the registered Participant.
  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or share login credentials without express written authorization.

4. Growth Guarantee & Refund Policy

We are confident that a Growth After Loss membership will provide you with sturdy, research-backed resources. However, if you find the tools are not a fit for your current journey, please email us at support@growthafterloss.com.

  • The 7-Day Window: If you signed up via our website and email us within the first 7 days of your initial subscription stating you wish to discontinue, we will offer a full refund.
  • Limited Access Period: To protect our proprietary frameworks, your access will be limited to a selection of introductory workshops during this initial 7-day window. Full access to the complete integration archive and advanced workshops will be granted automatically once this refund window has expired.
  • New Subscriptions Only: This refund policy applies exclusively to first-time, new subscriptions. Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
  • Finality: Refunds are not available 7 days after the date of purchase. Dr. Mari LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if we reasonably believe the guarantee is being used to repeatedly access content via multiple accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary. In no event shall Dr. Mari LLC be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our materials. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as personal growth is an individual journey.

6. Community Standards & Conduct

At Growth After Loss, we value a respectful environment. Within our community, disagreements may be natural, but respect is required. By participating in the Membership, Live Q&As, or workshops (collectively, "Events"), you agree to the following:

  • Respectful Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a productive, kind, and respectful manner. Behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful is grounds for immediate removal from an Event or permanent suspension from the Service without refund.
  • Confidentiality: Participants in group settings must maintain strict confidentiality. Sharing the personal stories or identities of other community members outside the Service is strictly prohibited.
  • User Content: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor or moderate User Content. We may take action to remove content that we deem inappropriate or non-compliant with these Terms.
  • Third-Party Interactions: Dr. Mari LLC does not control the conduct of other Users. We make no warranties concerning the truth of statements made by Users and assume no liability for your interactions with other community members.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Arizona, rather than in court, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
