The Workbook · New · AVAILABLE NOW
A companion for the
long middle of grief.
Twelve weeks of guided practice across the five pillars — written prompts, gentle exercises, and rituals to return to. Built for the season after acute grief, when the world has moved on and you are still here.
This is not a workbook for getting over loss. It is a workbook for learning to carry it — slowly, steadily, in your own shape, on your own road.
What's Inside
90 days. Three phases.
One pace — yours.
Each day is a micro-step practice. Skipping a week is allowed.
The intentional work will wait for you.

Nurturing the Foundation
Steady your system, and manage energy leaks to prioritize your well-being.
Phase 2 · Days 31–60
Tending the Heart and Spirit
Create space for "two truths" — learning to hold enduring sorrow alongside joy.
Phase 3 · Days 61–90
Reclaiming Agency
This is where you step into your power as the author of your following chapters.

FAQ
How long does the workbook take?
Twelve weeks if you follow the pace. Twelve months if you don't. There is no wrong way. The book waits.
I'm only six months out - is this for me?
Probably not yet. The work is built for the long middle — past the first year, when acute grief has softened.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided practice for deep reflection and intentional work, grounded in research, but it is not a substitute for therapy. It works beautifully alongside both.
Is there a digital version?
Not at this time. We intentionally designed this as a physical, tactile experience to encourage grounding. It is available exclusively through Amazon.
